Please read all the terms on this page carefully before using the t299 platform — all rules regarding your account, transactions, and betting are described in detail here.

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the t299 platform and you (the user). By using the t299 website, mobile version, or any other service, you will automatically be considered to have agreed to these Terms.

t299 is an online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read this entire document before using our services. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Important: Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and use services at t299. t299 has the right to verify age and may do so at any time.

t299 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms. Please visit this page regularly.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account at t299, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide genuine and complete personal information.
  • You may only have one account — multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.
  • You must open an account in your own name and for yourself; managing an account on behalf of another person or a third party is prohibited.
  • Your account at t299 has not been previously closed or suspended.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

t299 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. As part of this verification, you may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at t299: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • Deposited funds will only be sent to the account whose details were provided at registration.
  • Deposits through third parties are prohibited.
  • Confirmation of a successful deposit depends on the processing time of the relevant payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer, just like deposits.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings (see Section 4).
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily held during the verification process.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.

Warning: If fraud or unusual transactions are suspected, t299 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request and may request additional verification if necessary.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account at t299, a 150% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

For example:

  • If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.
  • If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive a bonus of ৳15,000 in line with the maximum limit and your total balance will be ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only — not on the original deposited amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

  • Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer explicitly permits it.
  • Bonuses may only be used in your own account; they cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  • t299 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus without notice.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

VIP Loyalty Program

t299's VIP program has four tiers. Players at each tier enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your consistent activity and overall participation on the platform. t299 reserves the right to change the detailed terms of VIP benefits and cashback payments.

Please note: VIP cashback is paid on a weekly basis and is counted separately from bonus winnings. Wagering requirements may apply to cashback separately.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules apply when playing sports betting, live casino, and slot games at t299:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, t299 reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake to the main balance.
  • In sports betting, results are determined based on the official outcome of the relevant match.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally cancelled and stakes returned, though different rules may apply in specific circumstances.

6.2 Match Fixing and Dishonest Conduct

If a player uses match fixing, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any other dishonest strategy, t299 reserves the right to permanently close that account and forfeit all winnings.

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

Certain games or betting markets may have a maximum payout limit. This limit will be stated in the description of the relevant game or market, and t299 reserves the right to change it without notice.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

  • Managing an account on behalf of a minor or helping them access the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
  • Attempting to affect the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
  • Harassing or defrauding other users.
  • Providing false identity or information.
  • Colluding with betting syndicates or professional match-fixing groups.

Warning: If evidence of any of the above activities is found, t299 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and winnings, and notify the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

t299 places the highest importance on responsible gambling. We believe it is every player's right to enjoy betting as entertainment and to remain aware of their own limits.

  • If you feel your betting is getting out of control, notify our support team immediately.
  • Players can set their own deposit limits or request a temporary self-exclusion.
  • If a permanent self-exclusion is requested, it may not be possible to reactivate the account.

10.2 Service Suspension or Discontinuation

t299 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason. In the case of a long-term service shutdown, reasonable advance notice will be given where possible.

10.3 Account Closure or Suspension

t299 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Betting fraud or bonus abuse.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Being identified as an underage user.

Limitation of Liability and Severability

11.1 Limitation of Liability

t299 bears no liability in the following cases:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure of a computer or device.
  • Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account if you did not keep your password secure.
  • Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party services (banks, mobile banking).
  • Financial loss arising from your betting decisions.

11.2 Severability Clause

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, only that clause will be considered void and the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
